As our organization expands, we are looking for experienced contact center specialists to join our growing team. Key responsibilities include:

  •         Respond to customer phone calls and online chat inquiries, answer emails
  •         Take phone orders for various types of foodservice equipment
  •          Listen, resolve, or redirect customer issues, concerns, and complaints
  •          Direct customers to appropriate manufacturer service agents
  •          Assist the other departments on customer interactions 
  •       Support technical service requests and forward calls to appropriate team member

Other job responsibilities are assigned based on organization needs, skill-set, motivation, and interest in other areas of the business. Experience in B2B customer service, manufacturing, distribution, mechanical troubleshooting, warranty/freight claims or the restaurant industry is helpful.
