I wanted to let you know about the exemplary customer service I have received from Josh over the last few months. Josh has gone to the wall time and again for me and my stores, and I felt it was time to acknowledge how much he has helped us. I recently experienced a rash of equipment problems in all three of my stores; Josh has consistently solved every issue I've had- some of which took four or five service calls- with astonishing promptness and dedication. I feel he is an incredible asset to a company which already excels in customer service. I realize as franchisees we are required to utilize KEC's services, but I would stay with your company regardless, due purely to the unbelievable support I have received from your team. I truly enjoy working with such a professional, dedicated company, and I look forward to working with all of you on my upcoming stores.
